Three Pigs Sandwich

This sandwich combines Porchetta, Prosciutto and Ham with a honey Dijonnaise and Kick'n Micro Mustard, to make the perfect lunch you’ve been dreaming of.

Ingredients

4 SlicesBread, toasted
100 gHam, thinly sliced
100 gPorchetta, thinly sliced
4 SlicesProsciutto
1 TbspMayonnaise
1 TbspDijon Mustard
1 TspHoney
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2 SlicesSwiss or Havarti Cheese
1 CupKick'n Micro Mustard

Instructions

30 MINUTES

Lay out your bread. Divide meat evenly amongst two slices of bread.

In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard and honey, season with salt and pepper and stir to combine.

Spread on alternate slices of bread. Top each with cheese and microgreens. Close sandwiches and slice in half.
