Salami & Microgreen Wreath

Our Salami and Microgreen Wreath piled high with creamy brie, spicy jalapeños, and Zesty Micro Radish, offers a bold, easy-to-love kick of flavor that’s sure to wow your guests.

Ingredients

1 PackZesty Micro Radish
1-2Jalapenos
3/4 CupRoasted Red Peppers
1 BlockCheese, of choice
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Instructions

MAKES 12 SERVINGS | 20 MINUTES

Pre-heat over to 375 degrees F.

Double stack salami slices and press into a muffin tin to shape into a cup. Tip: use a shot glass to help press down.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 7-10 minutes or until slightly brown.

In a small dish, add diced red pepper, jalapeno, your package of Zesty Micro Radish and salt and pepper. Mix and set aside. Slice cheese into small rectangles and set aside as well.

Remove salami from oven and let cool for ~10 minutes.

Once cool, gently remove from muffin tin, add cheese in the bottom and top with microgreen mixture.

Place finished cups in a circular shape on a bed of Zesty Micro Radish for a festive holiday touch.
