Mandarin & Ramen Salad

Crunchy, with the perfect balance of sweet and salty - this chef-inspired salad is sure to impress your tastebuds.

2 TbspHoney
1 TbspSoy Sauce
Pepper, as desired
SALAD

1 PackRamen Noodles
2 TbspBlack Sesame Seeds
1/2 CupEdamame, shelled
1/2 CupCherry Tomatoes, halved
2Scallions, thinly sliced
1/2 CupMandrin Oranges
1 PackSweet & Spicy Mix

Instructions

MAKES 2 SERVINGS | 45 MINUTES
Place a rack in the center of your oven and preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Crumble the ramen noodles onto a baking sheet and spread them in a single layer. Bake for 5 minutes, remove from the oven, add the sesame seeds, and toss, then bake for 1 to 3 additional minutes until fragrant and golden. Watch closely so that the mixture does not burn. Set aside.
In a small bowl, briskly stir together all of the dressing ingredients and set aside.
In a serving bowl, toss together GoodLeaf Sweet & Spicy Mix, and remaining salad ingredients. Drizzle with dressing as desired and enjoy!
