Preheat oven to 425° F.
Toss butternut squash in oil, salt pepper and oregano and bake until soft.
Mix together the dressing and set aside.
To a bowl add GoodLeaf Sweet & Spicy Mix, cooked butternut squash, and top with remaining ingredients.
Toss with the dressing before serving and enjoy!
