Apple Cheddar Salad

Kick'n Micro Mustard, toasted walnuts and a honey Dijon vinaigrette, the combo is perfectly paired with our recipe for Pork Tenderloin and Sautéed Greens.

Ingredients

1/2Granny Smith Apple, diced
1 TspApple Cider Vinegar
1/2 CupWalnuts, toasted and chopped
1/2 CupAged Cheddar, cubed
DRESSING
QuantityIngredient
1 TspApple Cider Vinegar
1 TspGrainy Dijon Mustard
1 TspHoney
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Instructions

MAKES 2 SERVINGS | 15 MINUTES

Toss diced apple in 1 tsp of vinegar to prevent browning.

Combine Kick’n Mustard Micros, apple, walnuts, and cherries in a medium sized bowl.

Dressing:

In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.

Assembly:

Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
