- 3 medium beets
- 1/2 cup feta
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ pack GoodLeaf Zesty Micro Radish🌱
- ½ cup pasta water
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

1. Boil beets until soft
2. Begin to boil pasta
