Cranberry Feta Flatbread

A deliciously festive appetizer that comes together in minutes!

Ingredients

2 SheetsFlatbread
2 PacksMagic Micro Broccoli
1 CupFeta Cheese
2 CupsMozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/2 CupCranberries
2 TbspBalsamic Glaze, or to taste

Instructions

MAKES 8-10 SERVINGS | 15 MINUTES

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Brush flatbread with olive oil. Using large cookie cutters, cut shapes out of flatbread. Top with shredded cheese and a few cranberries.

Bake in oven until cheese is melted and flatbread is golden.

While baking, mix together microgreens and feta. Remove flatbread shapes and top with microgreen and feta crumble.

Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and enjoy!
