Microgreens
Supercharge sandwiches, smoothies and salads in seconds with these tiny greens, loaded with flavour and up to 40x more nutrients than their mature counterparts.

what are microgreens?
Microgreens are greens harvested in the primary stage of plant growth. In this early phase, their vitamins and minerals are highly concentrated, yet to be converted into mature leaves, flowers, and fruit. These tiny-but-mighty greens offer a simple way to add a burst of flavour and nutrition to any meal.
Sprouts
1—7 Days

Unlike sprouts that are grown in dark, moist environments where pathogens and bacteria can develop – microgreens are grown in bright, airy conditions that are safer and more hygienic.
MicroGreens
7-14 days

Microgreens are harvested in the primary stage of plant growth, when the first set of true leaves have appeared. One 50g pack of Micro Broccoli contains the same level of nutrients as eight mature broccoli heads.
Maturity
50—100+ Days

Harvested once the plants are fully grown, these greens are less nutrient-dense than their younger, more flavourful counterparts. Who said maturity is a virtue?
